Direct Pay

Request Direct Pay before your appointment and GeoBlue will send a Guarantee of Payment (GOP) to the provider. By doing this, you won't need to pay upfront and submit a claim for reimbursement. If we are able to issue a GOP, you will only be responsible for applicable deductible or co-pays at the time of your visit.


How Does it Work? Three Simple Steps!

1. Locate a Provider

Use our Find a Provider tool to find a provider that meets your need. If you need a help finding a provider, please contact our Global Service center using a number on the back of your ID card.

2. Schedule Your Appointment

Schedule the appointment with the provider. Note that we require at least 48 hours notice to submit a Guarantee of Payment to the provider so please plan your appointment accordingly.

3. Request Direct Pay

Request Direct Pay at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can request Direct Pay through the GeoBlue website or app.

4. Receive Your Guarantee of Payment (GOP)

Once we receive and process your request, a Guarantee of Payment (GOP) will be sent to the provider and also available to you on the GeoBlue website or app.
