Who Can Register?

To protect the privacy of our members, you can manage medical information for yourself and your covered dependents under the age of 18. Covered spouses and dependents over the age of 18 must register for access to the web site to manage their medical information.


If you would like to grant an individual with access to your claims data or any other medical information managed through GeoBlue, please complete and submit the HIPAA Form.

Where Do I Find My Certificate Number or Group Access Code?

Expat

The GeoBlue Group Expatriate Plan is designed to cover international assignees and their families when on long term assignments of more than six months.

As an Expat, the Certificate Number (ex. QHA500000000H) is located on your ID Card

Traveler

The GeoBlue Traveler Plan is a blanket policy designed to cover employees when they are traveling outside of their home country on trips shorter than 180 consecutive days.

As a Business Traveler, you can locate your Group Access Code Number (ex. QHG999999ABC) in your Member Guide.
